{"replyTo":"","text":"These days finding good quality people is dam near impossible. Large companies are paying outrageous rates for drivers. .80 a mile $10k sign on bonus. Unless you have some dam great rates and contracts in hand you better to run a one man operation . I had a 10 truck fleet and made money but you have tons of regulations and headaches from healthcare to workers comp . And drivers doing sketchy stuff with your equipment. ","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"I had 5 trucks, sold for of them and, drive for myself now. I found a widowed retiree that only wants to work 3 months a year, which is great for me. I park the truck, he loads up his little dog and, off they go. I keep him more than busy, he keeps from getting bored and lonely, it's a great deal for both of us. Do, I make as much money as I used to, no. But, I have no stress or headaches now. Key is, stay debt free, run it hard and save like crazy.","replyToPid":0}
