{"text":"Either I’m encountering the same Estes driver over and over or they aren’t teaching their drivers how to pull over on the interstate because twice this week Estes has been on the side of the interstate without hazards and lurched into my lane without a turn signal. No one behind me both times so if they knew how to pay attention no one would have been there to care about lights stuff.
