First time driving from St. Louis Missouri to Vancouver Washington next week

I am going to be driving a 26ft moving truck with a trailer attached to pull my car from Missouri to Washington. we are going through Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho, Oregon. we never drove this route. I am posting to get any tips, suggestions from anyone about doing this trip safely. Even the most obvious suggestions for you will be greatly appreciated. I know we may  have some snow, should i get chains for the tires? honestly, we are nervous about this trip, but we have to move to star jobs.  Stay safe everyone and thank you in advance.
