","text":"yes it is and depending on the state can cause problems.  mine feel off and got dot in south Dakota.  he ask for the inspection paper from me . didn't get find or ticketed . he didn't even tell me that I had to go get a new sticker either . take it for what it is worth","replyToPid":408449}
