This insurance they are required to carry to operate ensures that carriers get paid if the broker fails to.\n\nObviously there are limits, they are only required to carry $75,000 bond insurance, thats about 3-4 months of payout.\n\nso if you are an O/O, do not wait longer than a month to seek payment and don't hesitate to file a claim.
