{"replyTo":"","text":"This is a great thread 🧵 with some good advice. Thanks Drivers. \n\nI personally have walked out of a few doc offices and didn’t sign any paperwork. \nI always obtain 2 years but it’s a pain. Some docs just look at weight. \n\nI’m always using a different doc every two years depending on what region I’m in. \n\nEven before Trucking when I was a certified Trainer, in bodybuilding condition, 6’1 , 240lbs, 8-10% body fat (all natural), 31 inch waist, ...the docs BMI charts said I was obese at 240 lbs with a 31 inch waist line( translation-6pack abs) It was funny back then. I use to tell docs how outdated their charts were. Now at over 300lbs (yes I need to drop 50) some docs always try to immediately go into the apnea’ conversation. NO. The charts have been wrong for decades bc they don’t take into account muscle density. \n\nAm I rambling? Lol. Peace Drivers.","replyToPid":0} |
