HME fingerprinting

{"text":"I have a Texas CDL and they told me I need to fingerprint every year for HazMat certs. and the endorsement is only good for a year and then I have to provide a birth certificate and my real ID CDL and get fingerprinted again, every year! \n\nAnyone else with a Texas CDL have to do this?
