As far as I know they break down the pallets, count everything, sort them on to other pallets then put them away. The more sorting the bigger the fee. Talked to one guy that had a $1200.00 fee because they had to break down every pallet. I wouldn’t want to do it, some loads you’d be there forever if you do it yourself.
