{"replyTo":"","text":"the problem is not the antenna. It is a matter of Grounding plain for you SWR's. FrtLiner is not the worst-case of all trucks, but grounding the radio and antenna is key. A separate/external setup could help but you are still fighting the same problem, SWR. Any CB shop should be able to help you but, I recommend Bob I80x70 PA. They will fix everything for a good price.","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"Basically it will depend on how good your radio is and if it's calibrated correctly. If you don't know how to calibrate a radio go to YouTube. Ther are plenty of examples there. Just make sure your SWR is below 2 (1.5 or below preferably) and you're good. Use channels 1 and 40 to do this. Just don't go cheap on your radio. get a good one with calibration on it.","replyToPid":0}
