{"text":"I am torn between two trucks. Maybe y’all can help. I have a chance to buy a 93 379 pete fresh rebuild on a 3406b, no rust and inside is in great shape. Or I can get a new 389. I don’t know what to pick. I love old trucks and want to keep the legacy alive. Nothing like the sound of them. New trucks have the comforts. If you don't know how to do work or have the ability to work on it yourself,,the 93 will be a little harder to find a good ol school mechanic to fix it. I personally drive a 93 with a 3406b. I do everything from rebuilding the motor to changing lights myself. I get between 5.5 and 6.5 mpg depending on what I'm hauling and the area I'm in,,,,I know some super trucker is gonna say I'm lying but I have records to prove lol.","replyToPid":0}
