The attorney that represented me not only had the ticket thrown out of court, but he also went back 10 years and got a speeding ticket I had from before I got my CDL and had it expunged as well. He also did what’s called a Data Q Challenge and apparently cleaned up my DAC Report to be squeaky clean, as there was a ding on it from a previous employer with whom I had a poor working relationship with. I called and their staff was friendly and assured me I didn’t have to do anything, just live my life and let them go to court on my behalf and let the attorney do their jobs. After court, the attorney called me and let me know all was well. I didn’t know he was going to then go the extra mile after that. A month later I receive a letter informing me of my clean MVR. Then another month later to my surprise I get another letter informing me of my clean DAC report. "}
