I'm curious to see if there is any noticable advantage to using super singles in the front axle of the tandems and normal double tires in the rear. Does anyone run a combination of super singles and doubles?\n\nany first hand experience is appreciated.","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false}
{"replyTo":"","text":"Stay away from super singles it cost in the long run one flat tire and wreck the rim it could cost you$5000 on one flat tire not worth having ","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"Actually with the improvement of tires these days and lower rolling resistances, the advantages of wide singles over duals is very minimal. Plus that flat issue. \nAlso, there is the issue of the traction light lighting up quite often.","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"Better fuel in Summer Horrible on Ice in winter. Also if you blow a tire your stuck on side of Road no limping to Nearest Truckstops. So yeah you may save some fuel but gotta ask is that worth Road Assist call and added cost per tire Also loss of Traction in winter and added Chain costs","replyToPid":0}
