373529 发表于 2020-02-23 05:02:02 Why are we busier than ever living paycheck to paycheck? Any clues 😂
","text":"Yeah, your income is your biggest wealth building tool. When you have payments on car loans credit cards student loans, etc., it diminishes your paycheck to where you’re just getting by. Get out of debt and stay out. Do a hypothetical budget (pretending you’re debt free including no mortgage) where you have no payments coming out besides utilities and food and property taxes then you’ll see how fast you could grow your bank account balance. It’s surprising ","replyToPid":331221}

{"replyTo":"","text":"I got tired of wondering where the money went at the end of every month or year. These days I’m very deliberate where every dollar is going before I get paid. I put a cushion in the account for the bills and then added up bills for the month and divide by 4. Then everything else goes for the business then the mortgage. When I’m debt free my monthly bills are so low that I can cash flow new purchases. I’ll never get a loan or credit card again. The borrower is slave to the lender","replyToPid":0}
