{"replyTo":"","text":"Corn dogs, mustard, ketchup. You can also use catsup in a pinch. Budweiser. Dill pickle chips. If chili and cheese are available I recommend you go hot dog instead of corn. Debbie cakes are a solid follow up but you can do Hostess as well. If you want to use Tupperware I say get after it! I’m addicted to pússy still but that’s a different story.","replyToPid":0}

{"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"Cut out all the carbohydrates to less than 50g a day and eat lots of good fatty foods. 100% guaranteed to give you more energy and actually lose weight as a side effect and increase your overall health. \n\nFor any kind of joint pain or soreness, decrease all grain intake to absolute zero. \n\nOnly eat vegetables, the fat and meat from animals that are raised on their natural diet only, fish, eggs, nuts, and seeds. \n\nIt's that easy and that difficult.  \nI say difficult because it is very hard to find real human Foods in one of those categories from a grocery shelf in today's grocery stores. \nJust about everything on a grocery store shelf contains sugar and|or some sort of grain. It didn't used to be that way about 50 years ago and now we're seeing the results in the human population of that change with, Diabetes, Crohn's, Gout, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Alzheimer's, Multiple Sclerosis, Obesity, and just about every other autoimmune system disease. \n\nType 2 diabetes IS curable and is absolutely NOT hereditary! \nIf diabetes is hereditary have the doctor show you the gene that makes diabetes. \nSo, take your insulin for the rest of your life and every few months have to increase the dosage until one day your pancreas completely gives out and you die OR eat real human foods. \n\nIf what you are about to put in your mouth is not in one of those categories don't put it in your mouth. Period! Seek out foods from those categories that are the highest in nutrition. \n\nAbsolutely no sugar!!\nNo grains, wheat being the worst grain for you. Wheat is also the grain that gives you joint pains and arthritis. Wheat is a highly inflammatory grain. \n\nDon't worry about calories, as the FDA now says, they had it completely wrong. \n\nHINT: the FDA has the entire food pyramid wrong. It's basically upside down. \n\nDon't worry about cholesterol because if you eat from the above categories of real human food your cholesterol will normalize.\n\nAbove all, stop taking your normal everyday doctors advice on nutrition and diets. Unless there are a fully trained functional doctor that is up on the latest studies. \nThe medical universities in America only teach at most 19 hours of nutrition, and even then that nutrition is usually outdated and not from the latest research finding."}
