","text":"20yrs exp in industry. countless magazine articles about how swift crst and others who run those contract programs cant and wont hold you accountable for the contract. the reason is they have already made thousands from the govt for training you. plus thru pay peanuts so they've made tons of money when you've hauled loads. btw...swift just settled a lawsuit with crst where swift was recruiting crst driver immediately after they got they're cdl. they were doing this by the thousands. not one driver there ever had to pay out they're so called contract.","replyToPid":322992}

","text":"What I’m doing isn’t bad at all. I’m on the JCPenny account and it’s a breeze. I get paid for the miles there and back plus unload pay. The pay just isn’t enough. It’s easy but my job before swift I was getting paid about $2,500-2700 if we worked a full week. They just got really slow and I needed a job. Now that I’m with swift I’ll hardly make $700-900 a week. That’s a good week for that matter. ","replyToPid":322927}
