{"replyTo":"","text":"I am least to them now for about a year and a half.I have been the road for 23 years been a owner for 17 years and I also have my own authority for the past 12 years. my point to telling you this is I have been around the block at least once... I will tell you ALL company's have some down falls some worse than others. Mercer has lots of 15+ year driver in the company . I have met 5 35+ year driver in the company. that in its self should say something. Mercers greatest turnover is in the first 6 months. drivers come in and think there going to get rich . at 6 months you haven't even learned the system or the agents yet . if you are self driven and can manage you money than Mercer is a dam good company. but you need to be honest with yourself.... because if not you will be one of those 6 month drivers. we get a lot of lease purchase driver coming over. let me tell you a lease operator is NOT a owner operator. a lease operator has someone still telling you what to do .... here at mercer NO ONE is going to tell you what to do. if you don't want the load you don't take the load simple as that and no one is going to complain about it. the guys that complain about mercer truly have no clue how to run THERE BUSINESS. and it IS there business.. so ask yourself this and be honest with yourself can you manage money and are you self driven. if the answer is yes to BOTH than Mercer IS for you . if the answer is no to eather question than you will go broke here. I hope I have honestly helped you. blessed be","replyToPid":0}
