{"replyTo":"","text":"you very well could have an issue with the vgt as well. when it goes the turbo will get partial boost, truck will run but be sluggish. meeting cost me about $1400 on an isx15, it can be replaced without a shop, however it needs to be reprogrammed via engine specific diagnostics.","replyToPid":0}

","text":"I had a mechanic to disconnect actuator, there’s switch (arm) which is not moving, mechanic told me that should be able to move if you try to move it with hand. I do have some kind of leak behind turbo, I’m able to hear hissing when I hit the gas pedal","replyToPid":260407}
