{"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"Depends on the truck, depends on the ankle.\nCan say from (unfortunately repeated) personal experience there is no issues driving if it's your left ankle and you drive an automatic.  Don't use the left foot for driving.  But cimbing in and out of the truck can be troublesome at times, and walking.\n\ntruck stops sell ice via the soda fountain and ziplock bags, easy to make an ice pack.  Even better is if you have a freezer, stop at walmart and buy a few gel ice packs."}
