I use a 1,000 watt air fryer, a lunchbox cooker, a microwave, and a low wattage skillet. I eat a ketogenic diet so I stick to a lot of fish, chicken, ground turkey, and veggies. Veggies are great if you slice them, toss with some olive or mct oil, season with what you like and roast in the air fryer for 15 min. I do chicken breast and salmon (in a foil packet with butter) in the air fryer as well. I’ll cook a roast or pork loin in the lunchbox cooker. The skillet is great for soups (since it’s deep), chili, turkey burgers etc
