{"replyTo":"","text":"Well.  If I were snarky, I’d say: don’t flatbed.\n\nYou leased to another company or hunting your own loads?\n\nRealistically, as far as non-load related advice, there’s not a lot different between the cargo classes:\n\nKeep the left door closed \nSay ‘no’ to cheap freight\nDon’t be afraid to spend necessary money on the truck ( oil change, good.  Chrome, bad)\nKeep and sort every damn receipt.\nPay yourself as little as possible.  Put as much as possible into savings- there WILL come a time when that will save you.\nSpend money on a good (roomy) fridge and mini kitchen.  Cooking for yourself is loads cheaper than going inside.\nGet a good mattress.  \nIf you can, get a good fuel card.  One that offers you the best discounts.\n\nI’m sure others will add to this mess","replyToPid":0}
