Start the nights as you would start the days, wake eat breakfast, start work, lunch, end shift, wind down with dinner and sleep. an example of a normal day. \nWake 6am - Eat 6:30am - Start work 7am - Lunch 1pm - end shift 9pm - dinner 9:30pm - sleep 10pm.\nAn example of a night shift.\nWake 6pm - Eat 6:30pm - start work 7pm - lunch 1am - end shift 9am - dinner 9:30am - sleep 10am. \n(I move furniture so there's less pushing the 11hr and more pushing the 14hr. If you're all drive then you get more wind down time, but start the \"days\" the same every time, it's very important.)\nAlso your first night shift I recommend a nap in the afternoon. your body won't sleep great and maybe get 2-3 hours at the most, but it'll give you the energy boost to get through your first night without any drinks, pills, or powder."} |
