{"replyTo":"","text":"Only reason I see straps being used is the company/operator trying to keep their empty weight down.  3/8ths x20ft is like 60lbs each...  multiply that times 10 to 16 chains is alot of weight.   60 lbs of straps can oversecure just about any freight you like (excluding chain only freight).","replyToPid":0}
