That was my first company and they taught me so much stuffs and showed me so many thing why certain things should be. for example, sliding tandems. they’re really all about safety. I just entered into a new company and i needed training because i was considered a beginner but I would hardly call it training.. idk maybe i already knew most of the stuffs, but i definitely did learn alot in schneider.","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"got my license at a school cfi sent me learning in manual.im in brand new automatic.my trainer was old man its really hit or miss.i say youll learn on your own.1 yr contract sucks id say get on your own somehow if you can but im juat suckin it up and gettin experience.i make 7 8 9 1000 or 1100 after taxes.glad i chose them Cfi is very professional just like any billionare mega carrier.cfi no team drivimg with student.the student does all the driving then you guys sleep at same time in the nite.good luck.i get detention pay.safety pay.extra stop pay.northeast pay and alot of other stuff.","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"It depends on the trainer you get I’ve seen amazing trainers when I was starting out with usxpress I had one and I’ve seen horrible drivers that have no business driving a truck let alone training new drivers. It’s hit or miss on the quality of training you’ll receive. ","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"I hate to sound like a mouth piece,  but if you want to excel in this industry,  I would say Crete.\nThey don't mess around,  and you're not going to be a warm seat in the seat, you pass or you don't. \nIt's your future,  if you're considering staying in it for the long haul,  I would give them a call, otherwise go to U.S Express,  Western Express,  Navajo  or any of the other guys, they have better perks when it comes to speed, equipment and amenities,  but are you here to make money, or have fun?\nIf I wanted to look cool, I would go to Western Dist. They have the best looking rigs on the road, such a shame they're some of the lowest paid drivers on the road...\nWhatever floats your boat, I like to pay bills.","replyToPid":0}
