{"replyTo":"","text":"look at the pollution that is creating! ! because the government interferes so many saftey and pollution laws  that the companies cant realistically build a modern beautiful refinery! ! they have to upkeep and run the 100 years old refineries onto the ground because thwy are grandfathered in and exempt from many of the unrealistic laws! i have friends in upper management of refineries and know this! ! no brand spanking new refinery has been built in america in decades because of government interference like the E . L. D. they interfered in trucking , for  example ! every where the government interferes becomes more expensive ; les productive , and more user unfriendly for the man on the ground . allot of the time , there are leas disasters; but then when there are disasters: they are more extravagant and worse!!  ALLLLL INSURANCE DATA AND EXPENSES AND PAPERS SHOW. since e.l.d. are forced, there have been very slightly less numbers of accidents; if not the same rate or iccurances ! but that now, the accidents are very much more disasterous; less insurance claims in total; BUT higher rates of damages per claim!   no real increase in so called saftey due to e.l.d. laws ","replyToPid":0}
