{"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"open second bank account with same bank.  leave new card with spouse or whomever.  when your direct deposit comes in transfer funds to new account as you need.  I do this with 3 accounts.  1 keeps my main payroll check.  1 I use for saving money/emergencies and have no card. and the last one I use as a travel account.  I only use this money while out on road and only keep a small weekly amount in case card is stolen they don't have access to my entire payroll or savings.  this is how my bank set me up to avoid stolen funds and to keep cards from being shut off because of how many places I go. each Friday I transfer money into each account as needed."}
