No pay after two weeks out on the road

{"text":"Hello fellow truckers ,good evening. \ni am a trucker based in Florida, for the past year i have been running  Mideast as a company driver, about a month a ago the company i was working for filed for chapter 11 which forced me to look for another company long story short.. three weeks ago i left Florida training someone for a small company out of Florida,two weeks  out we run about 12000 miles total came back home up until today i got nothing but $800 as advance while on the  road to pay my bills etc. today is Tuesday 9/3 checked my account still no pay.\nMy question to you all is, how do i make him pay ?what legal route i need to take to solve this issue? {"replyTo":"","text":"Put a lien against their bond until you get paid. It shows brokers and even if they declare bankruptcy you still get paid. Also file a complaint in the state they’re operating from with DOL for failure to pay. Let the state pay for the attorney fees.","replyToPid":0}
