Let your Driver Manager and throw that low life under the bus. You are entitled to receive the proper training. Don't settle for terribly poor training. I went through the same experience at CR England more than 5years ago. The only thing my POS trainer taught me was to run hard, I had to learn to back on my own, I had only backed 3 times when I was told I was out of training and hit the road Solo. And Please don't get out of training and become a trainer, They asked me to be a trainer right after training I told hell no, How could I train ANYONE if I didn't even know what I was doing!! depending on what speed your truck is governed and the speed you drive, And speed limit determines if you are driving, for Example West Coast regional I can get about 580 miles per 11 hr. shift speed limit is 55 mph in California Oregon and Washington is 55-65mph, But my truck is not Governed but running West Coast to East Coast the speed limit is 75 mph as soon as I hit Arizona it's 75 mph so I can get 700+ per driving shift. I know it's alot of information but it's not explained in a few words. Hope it helps good luck.","replyToPid":0} |
