752370 发表于 2019-08-29 01:08:27 Depending on the company most have an issue with a driver having a passenger who is in possession of a CDL even though they don't drive because they can't prove you drove your hours and not your passenger.  have no clue if it's a fmsca thing, but a lot of spouses who have decided to call it quits and just ride have had to have holes punched in their cdl to void it just to be able to stay on the truck with their driving spouse.
