What is a small driver appreciation gift that you would actually use?

We've done hats and flashlights and lunch kits before and I'm trying to be more creative and give out something useful.\n\nAn idea that has been tossed around is a compartment clipboard that could hold all paperwork, pens, etc.\n\nAnother idea is a travel coffee mug, but $10 won't get you a Yeti (which many of our drivers already have).\n\nJust trying to get some feedback, even if it's shitting all over these ideas.
