They dispatch craziness to me, tell me they cant adjust the times and have general discontent with the garbage they are spitting out at me like I did this abuse to myself. Yesterday I got a load dispatched with a DDT of 3 hours after the delivery time. It was drop and hook with a window so I was a little bit on the late side. I asked for more time and was told I didn't give them enough time to address the issue. But it was only a 3 hour run.....so I am clueless how I can create time from that mess. Today, I was dispatched an hour before I needed to be 50 miles away in Chicago morning traffic. so I had to rush in without fueling or trailer washout. how do I put an end to this abuse? she complains regularly to everyone so I assume it's a bigger problem than me. Any company is lucky to have you and should treat you like gold and pay you well. Stop working yourself to death for someone else to profit. Some companies start you at 80k a year and get you home regularly (Walmart) with benefits. I’d suggest keeping ones options open! {"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"I stopped reading at “ it was a drop and hook so I was a little bit late”\n\nWhat made you late do you wake up late, have a break down that ran you late, traffic pile up that made you late. \n\nIf your window don’t  have wiggle room \nMeaning the drop was at 2200 not 2200-2359, then the blame lays at your feet not dispatch most drop and hooks only give you a 30-40 min window so if you are late add a hour on to that and that’s where the problem begins.  Then don’t be like most I see standing around talking, taking there time to drop the trl\nAnd find a empty. You look up and a burn 2 hours doing nothing.  \n\nLate to me\nMeans I just cheated myself out of some money. So\nI’m always on time even early at times, \n\nWe have no control once we get to our destination, but if we on time they have to pay us, if we late that’s a loss to\nUs. \n\n"}
