{"replyTo":"","text":"some states like NY require sleeper bearth logged in order to get your required break even  as a solo driver and if u only go off duty they require proof of hotel stay ect but that's states making stricter policies that are over and beyond  for as a solo driver per fmcsa regulation 10 hr off duty is enough as a team its mandatory to log the sleeper or your 10hr doesn't count period","replyToPid":0}
