756483 发表于 2019-08-02 02:59:45 That is what everyone expects, I can run all night but once you get experience enough you can,  Negotiate with your Boss, I told my boss I don't mind getting up early to start my shift but I will not run all night if it was a problem it wasn't the job for me, Said no problem of course it's a smaller carrier but I get paid great and as soon as I return to the yard I also have new Equipment paid odometer miles, Layover, detention, and extra pickups, They treat me right So I'm happy with this carrier,  It wasn't easy but I found a honest boss.
