A simple google search for \"car vs truck fault\" will show you the truth as virtually every site listing statistics will say around 80% of the accidents are caused by cars.\n\nif you truly drive many hours a day like you claim, them you are aware of how cars act around trucks so have no reason to doubt the cause of the accidents. unless your hours of driving isn't actually in a truck.\n\nof course there are bad truck drivers. but if you look up all the vehicles in the us, you will see that cars (cars, SUVs, pickups, etc) outnumber semi trucks by over 100 to 1. You mention trucks only leaving 3-4 second following distance and it being enough for a car. Are you honestly going to sit there and say that in your hours of driving you see even half the cars on the road leaving close to that much following distance?\n\n70mph is 102ft per second. Most of the time they are only 1-3 car lengths apart."} |
