{"replyTo":"","text":"Thank you for the thoughtful advises! You are right for the most part. Me and hubby eat differently. He likes it this way, I personally don’t eat bread. In all honesty most of the food nowadays is unhealthy and even organic goods do not guarantee you the authenticity. With that said I simply keep it balanced) Also, people’s bodies are so different: some stop eat meat and feel better, some are better staying carnivores. In my opinion it is important to listen to your body and take it all in moderation)","replyToPid":0}
