As an average person, you don't know the law so you assume these people do, but the absolute law is your own judgment, that's why the jury is made of average people and not lawyers and judges. {"replyTo":"","text":"if you choose to carry your firearm you're really need to know the laws. with a CCW you can carry and all states that reciprocate your States CCW. the other states that do not reciprocate your CCW you must abide by their laws .such as we will use California for example. the gun must be unloaded the magazine must be unloaded and all put in a locked case not within reach of the driver. this does render the gun useless but that's California. you can transport your firearm through ALL states you just have to know how you need to transport the firearm. you also need to know weather the state that you are in is a DUTY TO INFORM STATE meaning do you have to inform the law enforcement officer of the firearm upon the  first initial contact. this is the number one thing that will get you jacked up you might be legal to carry in that state but you didn't inform the officer of having a firearm at the initial contact. and he found it later.","replyToPid":0}
