False log violation question

{"text":"Got hit with a false log violation. Wasn’t speeding or anything. Officer didn’t have a reason to stop me. Not sure why he did. I’m an owner operator running my own #s and only 1 truck. How will this affect my CSA score? Will this cause me to get red lighted more often now going thru scales. Anything that I can do to help offset the impact? ","pics":"[]","canComment":true}

If you’ve only been inspected one time and they had a logbook violation and put you out of service then you have a 100% out of service record.  That’s going to red flag you. The more you get inspected with good inspections the less that violation matters","replyToPid":0}
