How do I know how much I am making? Paid vs. Unpaid miles

Keep track of your unpaid miles.  Do the math and see what you are really earning.  I work for a company that pays the same loaded and unloaded and I’m still only making $14.00/hr at the end of the day (3 months of data).  ...and yes, I am looking for a new employer but I need more experience before I can apply ay many of the jobs I see out there.","replyToPid":0}
