{"replyTo":"","text":"I’ve worked for both. Schneider is better organized and more efficient with better company wide communication than Swift. Plus they pay more than Swift does. And their facilities are much cleaner and more accommodating, including a gym and actual real showers instead of disgusting stalls. The only real downside I see right now is with Schneider you’ll have less choice of truck. They only run Freightliners unless you’re a team or owner operator. ","replyToPid":0}
