{"replyTo":"","text":"the government put out a rule on this a few years ago . if memory serves me right i believe the engine had to be available to that year model truck.  could be a 99 model engine but available in 2000 but not an 80's mechanical engine that wasn't available in 2000 . but like i said it had been awhile since i read that , maybe check with the epa on glider rules or cont Fitzgerald","replyToPid":0}
