{"text":"My 1993 Peterbilt 379 seems to be really rough riding. It rides like a log wagon and fills EVERY little bump in the roads. I know this is the year before they came out with the unibilt sleeper but my 1995 International 9400 is riding so much smoother than the Pete on the same roads. The road I notice it on is a rough highway with bad places in it that the highway dept is finally getting on to fixing. Its a bad bouncing when I hit the rough spots and I slow down to 45 mph and it still about throws me out of the seat and my cb cord on a bungee cord slaps me in the face. Its not a bounce in the seat (which may be part of the problem because it doesn't air up much at all when I press the up button on the side)....its like a bad straight up and down bounce in the cab and sleeper. I wonder if its the tires on the truck...they're 4 brand new Sailums on one side of the rear and 4 tires on the other side of the rear that are Toyos with 50% tread left. I've also heard some tires made in China are bad to bounce you on the road....and Sailums are made in China I believe. What I really think it may be is the leveling valve needs to be adjusted to put more air in the air bags. What do you guys think?","pics":"[]","canComment":true}

{"replyTo":"","text":"More air if not loaded down will mad the ride bumper among other things. Their is a ride hight for ur suspension that is for keeping all driveline angles right u can google it for ur suspension type. How is ur air pressure in the tires 100psi? 110psi? Maybe think of running at 100 all the way around to help with it if always on rough roads just not lower. Shocks can be a big part in ur ride quality issue. But hard rubber cheap tires don’t help. Cab shock too if you have one. Other than that drive a different route lol jjk","replyToPid":0}
