{"text":"Howdy drivers, \nIf you need to head across the river, on I-205 from Portland or Pdx area, to eastbound Highway 14, to Washougal or downtown Vancouver, the on/off ramps are currently closed at night for road work. Instead take I-84 westbound through Portland, to I-5 northbound over bridge, and connent to Highway 14 eastbound right after the I-5 bridge.
