Ticket for drive in parkway

I think one of the categories for a class C CDL is small trucks (e.g. Your Pickup) towing a trailer greater than some length(I think over 25ft but not sure). .\n\nIf they didn't ticket you for that I'm not sure your WANT to go to court lest they discover the additional violation.\n\nI'd find out if you should have a CDL C and get one before they zap you for that.","replyToPid":0}

Landscapers, roofing companies, plumbing companies, etc. are all available for a thorough meeting with NY DOT. Being below CDL guidelines doesn't enter into the equation.
