But after customer support realized I’ve used it via my iOS subscription instead of entering my email and password for so many years, til I forgot I had done it like that. So once I went into the settings and subscriptions on my iPhone, I saw my old $9.99 monthly subscription for Gold, instead of the $14.99 monthly when entering my email.  \nHope this helps. \nI just created this account today on a separate iphone so it doesn’t get hot from running all these apps.
