{"replyTo":"","text":"do you have a hanger. my company issued the wrong hanger with my truck and replaced it a while later. so apparently there are different sized wire hangers. they are springy and slide on the bar along the back. you can adjust the hanger too. there's a slide rubber clamp that will adjust along the line to change the tension. if you don't have a hanger you probably need one.","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"airlines are probably snagging on the headache rack because of were your springs are mounted. I am a flatbedder myself I had a similar issue. airlines would snag the chain and binder rack during turns. what I did was drilled a half inch hole high on the rack and bolted a 12 inch long eye bolt to the rack hooked my springs to the eye bolt. problem solved","replyToPid":0}
