NY Inspection areas

{"text":"I've noticed that some people reporting on the status of inspection areas in NY state are a bit confused. They don't use Pre-Pass at most places, I don't think there are any places left in NY that does use it. I think 1 or 2 use Drivewyze, but not sure as my current company has neither. Also any rest area, travel plaza, or parking area on a highway is a weight station in this money grabbing state. The NY State Troopers use portable scales, have for over 5 years at least.
