{"text":"After a contract has been secured the next step is information, authorization, then market. Through all of that there is no way a load/lane should post market when \" all information isn't valid/and or missing \". Violation/fees not only apply to a driver of load. It can apply to whatever entity is responsible for producing the load through commerce. The law has and is continually updating/tightening and honing in on the least little incorrect thing to either out-of-service, suspending license, and or safety score a company out of business. Correct information is needed for the load throughout transit. Especially at ports, intermodal, borders, and gov facilities. Not only is the load in jeopardy more importantly it puts the contract at risk in multiple areas for the driver as well as the company responsible for the load/contract.","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false} |
