Fuel injectors

{"text":"Ok guys.  I need some advice. \n\nMy truck has been in the shop for over a week.  I’m starting to get a lil bit worried. He finally got the parts needed from Cummins but today he told me that he believes my fuel injectors need scrubbed out. He said he actually needed extra help and if I wanted to earn some side $ he’d hire me.  Even said we could talk about it over a few drinks.  So I went with him to the bar next to his shop. \n\nSo he said scrubbing my fuel injectors is a process that could be enjoyable if done correctly. But if I use the wrong tools, like if it was too big, it might send me into limp mode.  Which means my truck will be moving around funny until it recovers.  \n\nHe said if the tool is too small,  then the job won’t get done.  \n\nIf it’s the perfect size, then you will know.  The gasket will pretty much explode, which is what you want to happen.  That sends the truck into peak performance.  \n\nI asked him why I would ever want to use the wrong tool?  Like why isn’t there just the one correct size and he explained that sometimes they use the wrong size because all customers are different.  Some pay more for limp mode.  \n\nI asked how much each pays and he said he can calculate the fees once I’ve thought about it and decided if I want to do it or not.  \n\nSo, should I become a professional fuel injector scrubber for some side $?   ","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":false,"externalShare":false}
