","text":"Many small carriers with a good CSA score can and do, hire drivers straight out of school. Also many Ag companies , farmers and private carriers will hire a new grad as well. I know quite a few small carriers that will hire them. Also, paying for their schooling themselves, instead of signing a long term contract with a mega carrier, most definitely does give them their freedom of choice. Your statements just prove your ignorance of the trucking industry.","replyToPid":462415}
