Stay or leave?

They told me I will get the guaranteed $1350 a week if I don't meet that. I have not been getting that during these winter storms. Should I go to another account or leave the company for another. I wouldn't be job hopping after you are just getting started. the end of next year or two from now. when you see that job you really really want. you don't wanna walk in there putting seven jobs on your application. spring is right around the corner. as a truck driver. you need to learn patience. hurry up and wait. the money will all come in time. slow down and hang in there.","replyToPid":0}

They are looking for more drivers. Message me if you are interested. \nI was at KKW doing so-called dedicated. It sucked. I made no money and on the road 10-14 days at a time. Yes I’m sure it is way worse than Werner. Worse company I ever worked for in my life. But I left after 2 months and found this job in 2 days. ","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"I started out at Werner too after truck driving school! I would stick it out at least a year, maybe even 2 or 3 years if you can for the experience! It’s not about the money when you first start! Experience and learning the ropes and safety is more valuable and will lead to more money! I would even go over the road all 48 states for 3-4 weeks at a time for more driving time if you’re able to! You learn so much going otr! \n\nThat’s what I did after truck driving school! Scared as heck at first! 3 years otr and out a month at a time! At first I wouldn’t dare stop at a crowded truck stop to shut down when there were only single spots left between two trucks! Somewhere between that first and second year I was able to do it more confidently as long as it wasn’t too tight! Always get out and look on both sides of truck and trailer! And you’ll get better and better with time management, personal conveyance, how to find parking, looking ahead for weather patterns, trip planning…..\n\nThere were times it seemed brutal and felt like I should be getting paid more! There were times I would be in a hotel for a week because of truck breakdowns and frustrated as heck I was losing money! But I always thought about the big picture! Learn to be a good, safe truck driver first and the money  will come! ","replyToPid":0}
