To CB or not CB ?

If traffic is moving fast and there’s a brake check up ahead on an icy patch of road, that could save you if someone warns you ahead! Or can save you from getting a ticket by warning you of a bear hiding somewhere! Or if there’s s crash up ahead and traffic is backed up, can save you some time by telling you which lane you need to be in! {"replyTo":"","text":"To me a CB is a must. They are a safety tool and, have saved me a few times when I have broken down in 120 degree heat in the desert and no cell phone service. I call out flat, ask if a truck on the side of the road needs help and so on. Rarely get a response anymore but, still do it.","replyToPid":0}

","text":"Not ALL millennial drivers. I had a CB Radio till it got burned up. I’m saving up to get a Striker CB. I wanna run one good antenna and new coax wire. I heard from army/marines that having 2 antennas actually messes up the signal because they too close together. What they said made common sense. I think about $500-$700 I can get a good set up. I hate not having a cb. Drivers always trying to help out, road conditions weather. When I had one I never turned it off even during sleeping. I can’t tell you how many times a driver gave me a heads up about weather and I got up and hauled àss. ","replyToPid":457646}

","text":"I was going to get a Striker radio myself but to expensive, I use President radios, the quality is just as good, no tuning requirement needed and I'm getting out 15-17 miles, I only paid $140 for the radio","replyToPid":457766}
